3.  SMS / Text Messaging Program 

Aspire uses SMS text messaging primarily to remind clients of scheduled appointments and upcoming meetings. We do not use this SMS program to send marketing or promotional messages, and your mobile number and SMS opt-in status will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. 

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send, or by contacting us at the email address below; opt-out requests are honored promptly. Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

4.  Cookies and Tracking Technologies 

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our content. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some website functionality. 

5.  How We Share Information 

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
